MISSED REGISTRATION? Contact your team rep, print off a Player Registration Form and bring it to the soccer field during exhibition games or by June 1st.
1. REGISTRATION
Registration will be held at Fort Frances High School on: Tuesday, May 12 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Wednesday, May 20 6:00 - 8:00 PM
*Bring your health card (or proof of medical insurance for US players) and registration fee.
*This year player ID Cards are required by Soccer Northwest. Each player must show up at one of the scheduled registration dates in order to have their picture taken for their ID card. If a player cannot attend one of the scheduled registration dates, it is up to them or their team rep to schedule a time to register before the first game on June 1, 2009. Team rosters will be issued on that evening and if a players’ name is not on it, he or she is not eligible to play.

*Absolutely no registrations will be accepted after June 1, 2009.
2. FEES
$100 for men and $90 for women
*Fees are based upon a roster of 15 players per team. $1500 for men's team (16 games) $1350 for women's team (12 games)
*If a team signs up more than 15 players, the difference will be reimbursed after June 1, 2009.
3. NUMBER OF PLAYERS PER TEAM
Each team roster is limited to 20 players. All teams must have 20 players before a team is allowed to exceed that number.
4. NUMBER OF GAMES
16 game schedule for men
12 game schedule for women
*Games will be played from Monday to Thursday, inclusive.
*If there is a team from Emo, an effort will be made to schedule some games in Emo.
5. SEASON START
Season starts on June 1, 2009. Exhibition games will be held the preceding week (May 25th – May 28th).
